Living in the Guaymas Boat Yard

4/26 to 5/1 we spent completely emptying the boat. sorting through everything we own. cleaning the entire boat. and organizing it for a 5 month storage. We are leaving the boat behind for the hurricane summer season. it is sad to leave our home of 2 and a half years behind. we are heading to tucson, arizona with Ben and kitten-head. it is time for us to find a vehicle. The plan is to head back to the boat in Guaymas, pack up our belongings, road-trip back to North Carolina. We haven't lived back in Kitty Hawk in almost 3 years. A summer planned of family, friends, and money making! So we can come back to the boat by October and continue our life on the boat.

it's a different life in the boatyard. still has the family vibe though.

  1. That's weird that people live on their boats up like that!
I read the list and I didn't see "get my sister an awesome present" on it-- so you need to add it!
