David and I have been working on the menu for Eculent. We plan to get all of our beef from 44Farms a few hours away in Cameron, TX. They only breed the best of the best Black Angus. We drove out and took a tour of their cattle ranch. We were impressed to say the least.

Whoa, cool tour!! The big jugs of semen = grossss but the branding sticks are cool. I didn't know they used mules and that's funny to see a whole room set up for cow auctions haha
